This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on wearesamudra.com and is applicable to UK and European based customers only. We Are Samudra Ltd reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy (hyperlink to shipping and returns footer page). By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions.

Please note, these Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Conditions.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from a We Are Samudra Stockist. Items purchased from a We Are Samudra Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. We Are Samudra cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the We Are Samudra website.

We do our best to ensure the information on this site is complete, accurate and current however despite best efforts occasionally some information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure images accurately represent the products however the actual colour you see may vary depending on different computer software and systems used and cannot guarantee your computer system is accurately presenting the correct colours. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Wearesamudra.com is the website of Samudra which is the trading name of We Are Samudra Ltd. These Conditions will apply between you and We Are Samudra Ltd, when you buy an item from WeAreSamudra.com.

You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.

You warrant that all details you provide to WeAreSamudra.com is for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us. Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. You warrant that you will not use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Your responsibilities if you break these Conditions:

You agree that if you break these Conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

Your contract for purchases made through wearesamudra.com is with We Are Samudra Ltd. You represent and agree that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

accepted payments

WeAreSamudra.com accepts most major credit/debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.
