We hope that you love your consciously made activewear! We are passionate about pleasing our customers and are confident that after a careful look at our sizing chart, our customers will pick the right size.

Due to the nature of being a small start-up business, high production costs due to our small batch creations, we are currently unable to accept returns or cancellations of orders unless goods are damaged, faulty, or sent incorrectly. We hope to offer this service in the future so please do bear with us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We really do not think it will happen as all pieces are thoroughly hand-checked and carefully packaged, however, if goods are damaged or faulty and you do need to return or exchange them, you can do so at any point within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be in their original state on receipt (tags attached and garments unworn).

If you need to return damaged/faulty/incorrectly sent goods then please email hello@wearesamudra.com with a clear explanation and images of faulty/damaged elements of the piece(s) and we will email you an exchange/returns form and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return.

We also recommend using a tracked and fully insured shipping carrier. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and packaged and the exchange form is enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. It usually takes between 5-10 working dates from receipt of your returned parcel to process your exchange. We will not charge you for the postage of the required undamaged/faulty/incorrect piece which will be sent to you once we receive your return.

What if my faulty/damaged/incorrectly return is late?

Unfortunately, any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
